Medicines Management
(All medicines must be prescribed and supplied by a Medical Practitioner IE: a GP or hospital)
What medicines management can do for you:
It can help you to develop an understanding of the medicines prescribed for you by your GP or hospital doctor, providing you with appropriate information and an easy to read schedule to enable you to manage with independence.
It can help you to holiday in the Ringwood and surrounding area with assurance that you will receive the support of an experienced Registered Nurse.
Medicines management can be there to support you on return from a hospital stay, or during a period of illness and infirmity.
Medicines management can administer medicines to you if you are unable to manage this yourself.
